Computerized Damage Estimate (Xactimate™)

Each computerized damage estimate will be in the adjuster’s possession within days of the first response. The scope of work will include detailed information, including room-by-room measurements, severity of damage, and itemized “unit cost” pricing, and a breakdown between structure, content, and water damage. This enable the adjuster to decide on the scope of the work, and the price thereof, much faster than by normal methods.
